Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
- We will try everything in our power to make your shopping experience excellent. Unfortunately, sometimes things do not work out as anticipated and things need to be returned.
- Customized /Tailored fitted products cannot be replaced or canceled. But In case of customized dress if the designer has failed to provide the product as per the fitting then alteration of the said product can be done at the customer’s request.
- In case of fitting issue in the customized dress due to wrong measurement given by the customer, then Vyanra will offer free alteration for the first time within 7 days from the date of receiving of the order. However, the courier charges will have to be borne by the customer.

If you find any defect/fault/damaged part(s) in the product, we will gladly offer an exchange of the same product or refund the cost. Claims for damages must be made within 7 days of receipt of products. Please mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo and the details.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return it, you can send it back to us for a refund within 7 days from the day the products are received. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item(s), we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (so please include your order number in any correspondence).
In case of refund you can choose the original payment method you used when placing this order or we can refund the amount in your Vyanra Wallet (can be checked any time by the customer in “my account”) which can be used on your next purchase or you can transfer it in your bank account any time. and
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
